There is a 10-child/$250 minimum, every additional child is $20 each. Joint birthday celebrations are acceptable for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per additional host family. (For example, 2 BFFs want to have their party together, there is a one time $50 additional fee for the 2nd party family to join in).
Total Event time is 1 hour, 45 minutes ONLY: Party guests paint for ~ 1 hour, then celebrate ~ 30 minutes. The last 15 minutes is for you to collect your personal items before the next party group arrives. All paintings shall be taken home at the conclusion of the event. Host families may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to party start time. Unfortunately we cannot store party food or decorations in advance.
DECORATIONS SHOULD BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. Nothing shall be hung, no helium
balloons UNLESS they are anchored, no confetti, no firecracker cake toppers, no noise makers please. We appreciate your respect for our guidelines. We have seen it all, and therefore must be specific in what is permitted. Refrigeration and freezer are provided as needed for your cake, ice cream, etc.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking your child's event. This deposit reserves your selected date and time, and IS applied towards your final balance due on the date of your event. So that we can be best prepared for you, art selection is requested one week prior to your party, and final head count is requested (to the best of your knowledge) 48 hours prior to your event. Art selection can be found at theroyalcanvas.com under the tab entitled "Album".
Do you have a special request or idea to paint? We would love to create a one of a kind painting for your child's event! Simply let us know their request and we will make an age appropriate painting just for the party! A custom fee of $50 for special art requests applies.
For your convenience, we sell custom party invites, with The Royal Canvas Logo (embellished with gems!), and includes all contact info: address, phone, website, etc. Each hand made package of 10 party invites can be purchased for $15 + tax, and includes lined envelopes for your convenience. Our invites also politely request for guests to arrive on time as well (so that you don't have to!).
In the event that your party needs to be rescheduled, the deposit is transferrable to a future date, class, or can be turned into a gift certificate. There are no deposit refunds.

Adult Parties at The Royal Canvas
There is a 6-ADULT minimum requirement.
Each adult will paint the same selection, chosen by your Event Coordinator from our Adult Paintings Gallery. Should you have a special request that you do not see, please let us know. We would love to create something special just for your event!
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking your function. This deposit reserves your selected time & date, and is applied towards your final balance. The final head count estimation is due 3 days prior to the party. Final payment is due on date of event. In the event you need to reschedule, the deposit will be transferrable to a future event, class, or Gift Certificate. However, There are no refunds of deposit due to cancellation.
Total Event time is 2-3 hours. Upon selected start time you shall have 2-3 hours total for socializing and painting. We ask that your guests be prompt, perhaps arriving a little early so that they can get set up, settled, and ready to begin painting at the designated start time. We try our best to keep track of time. You can help us by being prompt. Paintings are Instructor led “by example”, meaning we demonstrate and guide you through every step of the way. We are here to help you make a wonderful likeness that you are happy with! If you’ve had a super fabulous time, feel free to show your appreciation through tipping your instructor. All paintings will be dry to take home at the conclusion of your event.
We welcome you to bring any food and beverages of your choice. Adult beverages are also permitted. We provide plates, glassware, utensils and napkins for your convenience. We also provide refrigeration and/or freezer if needed. We have ice buckets to keep your beverages chilled.
